The Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0) governs your access to and use of Houston Publishers’ LLC open access journals, as well as any content, functionality, and services offered on or through https://www.houstonpublishers.com or its associated platforms.

1. Acceptance of terms

You accept these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy by accessing or using our open access journals. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Intellectual Property Rights and Use of Content

2.1 Creative Commons License

Unless otherwise stated, our open access journals license all content under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). You can use, distribute, and reproduce this license in any medium, as long as you properly cite the original work.

2.2 Content Ownership

Houston Publishers or its licensors own all the intellectual property rights to the content published in our journals. The CC BY 4.0 license grants users the rights mentioned above but does not transfer ownership.

3. User Contributions

Authors submitting manuscripts to our open access journals agree to publish their work under the CC BY 4.0 license. The authors guarantee that their contributions are unique, unpublished, and do not violate the intellectual property rights of others.

4. User Conduct

Users are encouraged to share, use, and build upon the work published in our journals, provided that appropriate credit is given to the original authors and Houston Publishers as per the CC BY 4.0 license. Misuse of licensed content, including failure to properly attribute, may result in action against the user.
